These construction Terms explain the approved eligibility, plan, trial, cancellation, Enterprise, and separate Google Gemini boundaries. They are not final legal terms.
Draft Terms with replace-before-launch fields
These Terms are a construction draft. Eligibility and access
Who may register and what access covers
Public paid registration and the protected application are not open for launch. Controlled Offline Payment registration pages are published for testing. These are the approved rules for the future launch flow.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
Access follows the active plan
An active Standard, Pro, or Enterprise membership controls access to the protected application and the capability tier provided to the member.
The subscription covers Addienator only
Addienator subscription fees cover access to the application. Google Gemini service availability and usage charges remain separate.
Personal plans
Current Standard and Pro prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars and before tax. Final tax treatment requires owner and legal completion before launch.
Standard
Monthly: US$20 per month before tax. Annual: US$204 charged once per year before tax, equal to US$17 per month. Both billing options receive a seven-day Standard trial.
Pro
Monthly: US$50 per month before tax. Annual: US$510 charged once per year before tax, equal to US$42.50 per month. Both billing options receive a seven-day Pro trial.
Annual means one annual charge
The annual prices already include the approved 15% saving. US$17 and US$42.50 are monthly equivalents, not monthly payment amounts. The full US$204 or US$510 amount is charged once per year.

How the approved trial flow is intended to work

Choose a plan
Select Standard or Pro and choose monthly or annual billing. The trial tier always matches the selected plan.

Review before consent
Before consent, checkout must show the card requirement, selected paid plan, price, U.S.-dollar currency, billing interval, exact first-charge date, final approved automatic-renewal wording, and cancellation method.

Use the selected tier for seven days
Standard stays Standard and Pro stays Pro throughout the seven-day trial. Monthly and annual billing options receive the same trial length.

Cancel or continue
Cancel before the trial ends to prevent the first charge while keeping the selected tier through day 7. If the subscription is not canceled, the first paid charge occurs after the trial under the disclosed terms.
Card payment is not connected
The current site publishes controlled Offline Payment registration pages for functional testing. It does not collect card information, start an automatic paid subscription, or activate the protected Addienator application until an administrator completes the test transaction. No card payment can be completed from this page.
Cancellation
Access after cancellation
Exact cancellation controls and final renewal language must be completed and tested before paid registration opens.
Cancellation during the trial
The selected tier continues through day 7, the first charge is stopped, and the exact access-end date must appear in the interface and confirmation email.
Cancellation during a paid period
A paid member who cancels keeps access through the already-paid month or year. Renewal stops at the end of that paid period.
Refund wording is not final
A paid cancellation normally does not receive a partial refund. Exceptional refund requests are handled manually through support. Final refund, exception, and proration wording requires legal review before launch.
Separate services and arrangements
What remains outside a personal Addienator subscription
Google Gemini usage, Enterprise commercial arrangements, and final privacy and retention terms remain separate from the personal application fee.
Google Gemini is separate
Standard and Pro members supply their own Google Gemini API key. Google service availability and any Google usage charges are separate from the Addienator subscription.
Enterprise is arranged directly
Enterprise retains Pro capabilities while the organization controls its AI connection. Pricing is private and sales-assisted. Invoice or case-by-case billing may be arranged directly.
Privacy and data handling
The Privacy, Cookies, and Security and Data Handling pages explain the current website, form, browser-storage, project-file, and AI-routing boundaries. Final retention and service-provider details still require launch-stack verification and legal review.
Final legal review is still required
This draft does not fill missing legal or commercial facts. Replace the legal business name and postal address, complete every unresolved owner and legal decision listed above, and obtain final legal review before treating these Terms as launch-ready.
