- One Approved Connection for the Team. Team members work through the organization’s configured AI route without entering personal provider API keys.
- Deployment Kit and Onboarding. Receive deployment documentation, a browser self-test, setup guidance, and technical support for the organization-controlled connection.

Common Questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. The features available in Addienator follow your active subscription. Changing plans does not delete the content stored in your portable project files.
What happens to my files if I change plans?
Your project data remains in the Addienator project file. A project created on Pro can still be opened and saved on Standard. Pro-only features will not be available while you are on Standard, but their existing data remains in the file.
Do Word reviewers need an Addienator account?
No. You can send exported Microsoft Word documents to stakeholders for review. On Pro and Enterprise, supported edits to objectives, outlines, Design Documents, assessment items, and rubrics can be imported back into the corresponding project stage.
Is AI usage included in the subscription price?
No. Standard and Pro use your own Google Gemini API key, and Google bills that usage separately. Enterprise uses an AI connection supplied and controlled by the organization.
