Where your work lives
Your Content Never Touches Our Servers
Addienator does not store, host, or back up your source files, project content, or generated drafts on Addienator servers. Your working project stays in the browser and in the project files you save. When you generate content, the request is sent only through the AI connection described below.
The AI connection
Direct, Encrypted AI Connections
When you generate or revise content, Addienator sends the request over an encrypted connection. Standard and Pro connect from your browser to Google Gemini. Enterprise connects from your browser through the organization-hosted proxy and approved provider route. Addienator is not part of either AI request path.
Straight from Your Browser to Google
Connect your own Google Gemini API key. Your Source Document, the instructions Addienator sends with it, and the model response travel directly between your browser and Google.
Your API key stays in your browser for the current session and is never written to your saved Addienator project file. Sharing a project file never shares your key.
Through the Connection Your Organization Hosts
Your browser sends AI requests only to the address approved for your organization. Provider credentials stay in the organization-hosted proxy and are not entered into team members’ browsers.
If the route is missing, unsafe, or no longer valid, Addienator blocks the AI request and explains the problem. It does not fall back to a personal API key or an unapproved connection.

Save the complete project on your own device and use familiar Microsoft Word documents for stakeholder review.
Portable Project Files
Save your source material, project decisions, and outputs in one Addienator project file on your device. Reopen it later, archive it, or pass it to a colleague.
Microsoft Word Exports
Every plan includes the final Design Document Word export. Pro and Enterprise add broader stage exports and finished deliverables for assessment, Course Redesign, and On-the-Job Training.
Supported Word Review Cycle
On Pro and Enterprise, bring supported stakeholder edits to objectives, outlines, Design Documents, assessment items, and rubrics back into the corresponding project stage, without requiring Addienator-hosted cloud storage.
No Addienator Training or Secondary Use. Addienator does not receive your project content, store it on its servers, or use it to train AI models. Content sent to Google Gemini or your organization’s approved provider is handled under that provider’s terms and your organization’s configuration.

1. Your Projects Stay on Your Device
Your active work is stored in the browser. When you save the project, Addienator downloads one portable project file directly to your device. Addienator does not keep a server copy, so your device or approved internal storage becomes the durable home for the project. You can store, archive, share, and back it up according to your organization’s policies.
2. Your Existing AI Provider Terms Apply
Standard and Pro process AI requests through your Google Gemini account. Enterprise processes them through the provider connection approved by your organization. Content usage, retention, regional processing, and related controls remain governed by that provider agreement and configuration. Addienator does not replace or alter those terms.
3. It Fits Existing Security Review Processes
Addienator does not add its own project-storage service or place an Addienator server in the AI request path. Your IT team can evaluate the browser application, project-file handling, approved AI route, and provider under the policies it already uses. This can reduce the number of additional vendors and data stores involved in the workflow.
