Addienator separates a complex instructional-design project into connected stages. You can review the evidence, shape the scope, edit the outputs, and decide when the work is ready to move forward.
The core course-design path

Prepare the source
Bring the raw materials that should ground the project. When needed, Addienator consolidates them into one focused Source Document for the rest of the workflow.

Confirm discovery and scope
Review the audience, learning need, constraints, exclusions, delivery format, duration, and recommended course focus before downstream design begins.

Build the design
Develop measurable objectives, a structured course outline, and a delivery-specific Design Document. Review and edit each stage before approval.

Add what the project needs
Create a summative assessment or an OJT package when those deliverables belong in the solution. Existing courses can also enter a dedicated redesign path.
Review checkpoints
The workflow makes important decisions visible
AI can accelerate the first draft. Instructional judgement still belongs with the person responsible for the course.
Inspect the grounding
See which Source Document and approved project decisions are informing the current stage.
Edit before approval
Revise objectives, outline rows, design content, assessment items, and other reviewable outputs in their dedicated editors.
Carry changes forward
When an approved upstream decision changes, Addienator identifies downstream work that needs review rather than treating it as silently current.
Practical handoff
Review in the browser. Continue in your working documents.
Save the project as an .addie file, export structured Word documents, and use supported Word round trips for the core design stages when reviewers prefer document-based collaboration.
Your approval remains the gate. Generated work stays reviewable; Addienator does not silently replace the model you selected for a generation job or mark changed downstream work as finished.
