Core features

What Addienator Helps You Build

Turn approved source material into a complete, reviewable course design through four guided stages, then add specialized deliverables for summative assessment, course redesign, and on-the-job training.

The core course-design path

Four Connected Stages, with You in Control

A course project moves through four connected stages. Each stage builds on the source material and decisions you approved earlier, keeping the design focused and traceable from Discovery through the final Design Document.

Review, edit, and approve the work at meaningful checkpoints so the next stage builds on your approved version, not an unreviewed draft.

Workflow breakdown

What Each Stage Delivers

See what Addienator helps you develop, review, and approve at each stage of the course-design process.

Stage 1: Discovery & Course Scope

Upload your source PDFs or start with a prepared Source Document. When consolidation is needed, Addienator combines your materials into one structured Source Document, then helps you confirm the audience, performance need, constraints, exclusions, delivery format, duration, and a course focus that fits the time available.

Stage 2: Performance & Learning Objectives

Develop measurable Performance Objectives and Learning Objectives tied to the approved course scope. Addienator identifies each Learning Objective’s Bloom’s level and checks measurability, coverage, and level appropriateness before you approve the objectives.

Stage 3: Structured Course Outline

Organize the course into sections and learning activities with time estimates and visible objective alignment. Pro and Enterprise let you review and edit the outline directly, while Express Mode can build the same structured output as part of the guided run.

Stage 4: Full Design Document

Generate a complete, section-by-section Design Document for Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or instructor-led training. Depending on the format, it can include on-screen text, narration scripts, interactions, visual notes, activity instructions, and facilitator guidance. You review and approve the content before export.

Specialized deliverables

Beyond the Core Course Design

Pro and Enterprise add dedicated workflows for assessment, existing-course improvement, and practical workplace training.

Summative Assessment

Pro & Enterprise

Build a course-wide Assessment Package with an assessment blueprint, test items, answer key, scoring guide, and rubrics aligned to the Learning Objectives.

Course Redesign

Pro & Enterprise

Review an existing course across seven quality dimensions, identify content gaps and improvement opportunities, then choose whether to update and extend it or rebuild it from the available material.

On-the-Job Training

Pro & Enterprise

Turn workplace duties and tasks into a complete OJT program with a Trainer Guide, printable Trainee copy, practical activities, practical assessment, and sign-off records.

Collaboration

Review in Word Without Losing the Project

Give stakeholders a familiar way to review the work while keeping the structured project intact.

  • Microsoft Word Review CycleOn Pro and Enterprise, export objectives, outlines, Design Documents, assessment items, and rubrics to Microsoft Word. After stakeholders make supported edits, import the document back into the corresponding project stage.
  • Ready-to-Share Word DeliverablesEvery plan includes the final Design Document Word export. Pro and Enterprise add broader stage exports and finished deliverables such as the Assessment Package, Course Redesign report, and OJT program.

Project management

Portable Projects and Clear Revision Tracking

Save your work locally and see when an earlier decision affects downstream deliverables.

Portable Project Files

Save your source material, decisions, and outputs in one portable Addienator project file on your device. Reopen it later, archive it, or pass it to a colleague. Your AI key is not stored in the file.

Downstream Review Alerts

When an approved decision changes, Addienator marks the affected downstream stages for review. You remain in control of what is revised and when it is approved again.

Choose the Right Plan for Your Workflow

Every plan includes guided source preparation, the four-stage core course-design path, all three delivery formats, portable project files, and the final Design Document Word export. Pro and Enterprise add Summative Assessment, Course Redesign, On-the-Job Training, broader Word export and import options, and a choice between Express Mode and step-by-step work.
